We encourage resolution of disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

ITS YOUR BENEFIT operates in compliance with applicable financial regulations in India, including:

• Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations
• Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) guidelines
• Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
• Income Tax Act and related regulations
